I’m a licensed clinical psychologist with over 14 years of experience working with adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. My approach integrates CBT, EMDR, ACT, and mindfulness — always tailored to the individual.
I completed my doctorate at Stanford University, trained at UCSF Medical Center, and continue to supervise doctoral interns while contributing to clinical research on trauma and resilience.

Still have a question?
I personally respond to all enquiries within one business day.
The first session is primarily an intake — I’ll ask about what’s brought you to therapy, your background, goals, and relevant history. It’s not a test; it’s a conversation. You’re welcome to ask me questions too. By the end, we’ll have a sense of whether we’re a good fit and what the work ahead might look like.
