How do I track my shipment in real time?
Every STLogistic booking gets a tracking ID that updates every 15 minutes with GPS waypoints, customs status, and a live ETA. Watch it on the dashboard, or pipe it directly into your ERP via our REST API.
What's the typical transit time for ocean freight?
Shanghai to Los Angeles runs 14–18 days port-to-port on our partner lines. Trans-Atlantic averages 10–13 days. Final transit depends on lane, season, and customs — your dedicated coordinator will give you a hard estimate before booking.
Do you handle customs clearnce end-to-end?
Yes. Licensed brokers in 60+ jurisdictions file your paperwork, manage duties, and coordinate inspections so your cargo isn’t sitting at the border at 2 AM waiting on a missing HS code.
Which counttries and lanes do you actively operate in?

Is cargo insurance included in the quote?
Standard liability cover is included on every booking. All-risk insurance, temperature-controlled cover, and high-value freight policies are quoted alongside your rate — no surprises at sign-off.
How do payments and invoicing work?
Net-30 invoicing as standard for contracted accounts. Card and wire accepted for one-off bookings. All charges are itemised and pre-quoted — no late-stage surprise line items.
