We’re open to guest contributions from experienced WordPress professionals, web designers, developers, and digital marketers who want to share practical knowledge and valuable insights with our community.
We accept well-researched, original articles on topics including:

How-to guides for beginners and advanced users
New topic suggestions are also welcome, provided they are relevant to WordPress, web design, website development, or the other categories covered by StrivioThemes.
We do not accept articles about unrelated platforms such as Shopify, Wix, or Squarespace, generic AI-generated content with no original insight, or promotional content disguised as editorial.
Quality over quantity. Every article we publish must meet the following requirements:
Be 100% original and never have been published elsewhere.
Not be submitted, published, or republished on any other website before or after publication on StrivioThemes.
Be relevant to one of our accepted topic categories.
Provide genuinely useful information, practical advice, or valuable resources for readers.
Be written for a real audience and not be unnecessarily stuffed with keywords.
Be a minimum of 1,200 words and provide real depth and practical takeaways.
Include a relevant, high-quality featured image and screenshots, working examples, or step-by-step instructions where appropriate.
Have a clear structure, including an introduction, descriptive subheadings, a conclusion, and actionable next steps where relevant.
Not contain affiliate links.
Not excessively promote any product, service, company, or brand.
Be submitted in Google Docs format.
All submissions may be checked for plagiarism and duplicate content. If an article is found to have been copied, previously published, or republished elsewhere after appearing on StrivioThemes, we reserve the right to remove it without prior notification.
You don’t need to be famous — but you do need to know your subject. We personally review every submission.
Strong submissions typically come from contributors who:
Actively work with WordPress, Elementor, WooCommerce, SEO, web development, or web design.
Can support their advice with real-world knowledge and experience.
Are willing to include a short author bio, profile photo, and relevant links.
Can provide examples of previously published work.

A 2–3 sentence summary explaining what the article will cover.
A brief background explaining why you’re qualified to write about the topic.
Links to 1–2 previously published writing samples.
Please submit genuine writing samples that demonstrate your knowledge and experience.
We aim to respond within 5–7 business days. If your pitch is approved, we’ll send you the complete submission guidelines.
We edit articles for clarity, accuracy, formatting, and consistency with our editorial style. Your core message will remain intact, but we may restructure, revise, or make changes to the content before publication.
By submitting an article to StrivioThemes, you agree that:

We may add relevant internal links to other StrivioThemes content.
Any approved author or website link will not be intentionally altered without reason.
